I got the old version of the software and with the purchase I was able to download the newest version for free!
 Product software was defectiveMay 18, 2009
This product did not live up to it's promise. The software was defective and Motorola refused to replace the defective PC connectivity CD. The software did not fully install not allowing my laptop to recognize the Motorola RAZR phone I was trying to connect. Attempts to correct the problem were made via email with Motorola but the issue was never resolved to my satisfaction. Neither seller or Motorola refused to refund my money for this defective software. Don't buy it. If you do buy, do it in store and test the CD to make sure it works. Better yet, stay away from Motorola phones.
 Still Can't Download PhotosApr 30, 2009
On the advice of Verizon technical support, I bought this software to download photos from my Krzr phone to my PC. Although the software installed easily, it still does not allow my PC to detect the built-in memory or micro-SC card on my phone. So I still can't download photos.
If you want to synch data between your Motorola phone and PC, this product seems to work okay.

I was able to retrieve all of my data from my phone. Address Book, Photos, Texts, Music downloaded on the phone. I am well pleased.

I got this product to help transfer photos from my Motorola Razr. Installation was easy and the application works great. One of the cool features that I wasn't looking for originally, but have taken advantage of, is the ability to create my own ringtones from mp3s. Now I can change ringtones as often a I want without having to buy them from T-Mobile. Well worth the price I paid!
