It is a real shame that a company who provides great value for money in its product line falls well short in providing secure packaging of the items ordered. The two nokia phone batteries I ordered were not placed in a secure Jiffy Bag as would have been expected but in a poorly supplied envelope that when wet opened up resulting in the loss of one of the two batteries that I ordered. The package was delivered by normal US Mailwho I attribute no blame in the handling or loss. I never responded back to the company to challenge their packing philosophy feeling it would have been a complete waste of time no doubt hearing that the package was OK when it left their hands. Good priced company but ensure when you order anything you make sure they understand you want what you ordered to arrive.

I was sent defective item originally, but ACC Stop was extremely efficient in correcting issue. No problem with battery, works fine.

I love my old phone and wanted to keep it a little longer. The battery needed replacement and I was thrilled to find that this was an original OEM battery and worked great..even for my ancient phone!
