The description of this product clearly states that it is an unlocked phone. However, when the phone arrived it was evident that it was locked to Verizon thus making it useless to me as I needed it for international travel. I am disappointed in both Amazon and Lucky Electronics for cheating their customers in this fashion.

The OEM Shop is a cheater.The Blackberry 9650 they are selling does not have camera,but they claim it have!No camera's phone is cheaper than the phone have camera about $100. They cheat me and others.

Blackberry 9650 Bold Unlocked GSM Smartphone with 3 MP Camera, Bluetooth, 3G, Wi-Fi, and MicroSd Slot (charcoal)No, compren este telefono...como es posible que un telefono tan costoso, me lo vendan como nuevo y resulta que es robado, llego a venezuela, sin la etiqueta de adentro, sin codigo, es imposible usar el pin en ningun operador porque está sin etiqueta, es decir, robado y en Estados Unidos,porque es de alli de donde viene y de paso ofrecian que venia liberado para todas las tarjetas gsm y no fue asi, no funciona. Que engaño, como juegan con clientes serios que confian en sus productos. Exijo me solucionen mi problema y me devuelvan mi dinero. Empresa ABE123
