PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DONT BUY THIS JUNK. I LIVE IN VENEZUELA AND ONLY GSM WORKS WELL AND THEY DONT PUT SERVICE ON THIS JUNK. THE PHONE CAME IN GOOD CONDITION BUT IT IS USELESS HERE AND I CANT RETURN IT. ALSO NO PAPERS. I FELL CHEATED LIKE A CHILD. IF YOU ARE FROM A FOREING COUNTRY DONT BUY IT. IT WILL BE A USELESS PHONE ONLY FOR CAMERA OR MP3 MUSIC.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT MAKE RICH THIS PEOPLE.

My Blackberry just arrived in the mail 3 days before the expected delivery date! I got free shipping for something that would have arrived at the same time if I selected one day shipping (I ordered on Friday and it came on the next Monday) I ordered it from Just Cellular and did a lot of research on them before purchasing a phone. I read before that some phones stopped working after a given amount of time, and hopefully mine does not follow the trend and I ordered it from a different company than those phones. It came with just the phone, battery and wall charger. The packing was left to be desired considering the contents were just bouncing around in the box. But everything checked out ok. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a new Blackberry Curve 8530 from the seller, and was initially very pleased with the speed of shipping (fulfilled by Amazon Prime). When I went to activate it I was told by Verizon wireless that it was listed as lost/stolen and could not be activated. I received a refund through Amazon customer service and was able to order another phone, but lost precious time without a phone due to the fact that I could not activate the device. I will admit that it looked new (both the phone and packaging) but the reality is that I could not activate it, and therefore not use it, due to its lost/stolen status. If I would have ordered a used item I would have been ok with taking a chance on it, but it was not new as advertised and left me disappointed.

for the price I can't complain, but the screen has some kind of defect causing it to show tiny grains on it thereby making the regular images somewhat difficult to see especially in sun light. Great in most other ways though ohter smart phones have surpassed it.

Phone was delivered very next day. After opening the box, I inspected the phone and battery. I was surprised to see that the battery had a pink paper on the end which means WATER DAMAGE! The phone seemed to be in ok condition. Tried to charge the phone, but it would not turn on. I am pretty sure this phone was listed as 'NEW'. After inspecting it, I came to the conclusion that this phone has been used and the battery was no good. Sent the whole thing back to the seller. Will NOT be buying a phone from AMAZON again! You just can't trust people anymore! Very disappointing!
