So I ordered this case March 18th, the day after the Thunderbolt came out and the day after I purchased my new phone. I thought the pictured item was what i was ordering. First package showed up 2 weeks after ordered and was the wrong case. I have no idea what phone it was for, but e-mailed their customer service and they stated it was a shipping error on their end and stated they would re-send the correct case. The case that I ended up getting about 10 days after that was a cheap hard plastic (slippery) case. Not rubberized as described AND definitely not the print that was pictured! The paint on the print is scratched and shows white edges where the two pieces snap together. I will not be going through the hassle of complaining to customer service due to their slow response before. I just wanted other buyers to beware of not only this item, but also this seller.

I'm not sure why so many reviewers dislike this case. It is exactly what it's advertised to be. It's two pieces that snap together around your phone. It's made of a pretty thin, flimsy plastic that has been rubberized so it has a soft feel to the touch. The design is pretty, but it fades the more you use your phone/the more surfaces it comes in contact with it.
Also, once you snap it on, leave it on. I pulled it off (which was hard to do) and then re-attached it a few days later and the seams didn't line up quite the same. I ended up with a pretty rough edge on one of the corners that I had to sand down. It also took me a couple of tries to get it to snap on correctly - it didn't seem to fit, but with some patience (and actually looking at the structure of the case) I was able to figure out how to get it to latch together perfectly.
I can't say how well it will hold up against dropping, because I never dropped my Thunderbolt in this case, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it cracked hitting a hard surface. Better the case than the phone, though!
Overall, it's pretty, it does its job, and it's cheap. I spent under $2 for this product, and it was well-worth the price. It's no Otter Box, but it works. Honestly, for the price, you shouldn't expect much more than what you receive.

I'm in love with this cover. I love the fit on my phone, I love that the black is very very black, and the white is super bright and the design flows from the front to the back. This cover is perfect for me and I am so happy the design is perfect as well.

I love the look of this phone case, but I dropped my phone the other day and the case just popped right off. At least it stayed in tact during impact, so it protected my phone. It also snapped right back on after the fall. I guess for the price it does an ok job.
