A little bulky, but a nice look and fitDec 19, 2008
By Warren G. Beatty I've had this case on my Dare for a couple of weeks now, and it's proved to be a nice case. It adds a little bulk to a sleek phone, but it a good fit for the Dare and I actually feel like it's protecting the phone (except for my dropping incident - see below). There are two inserts included that snap into the back of the case. One is for the belt clip, another one is simply flat to give the back a flat appearance.
I must note that the phone was dropped (not intentionally) from about jeans pocket height (I'm 6 feet tall) unto cement, and the case did break apart. It did snap right back on and can still be used as normal, but it did pop off the phone. I assume the phone hit on a corner...not sure. The phone fared well and is unscathed, but I thought this was worth mention. Perhaps this is something to expect with snap-on cases?
Overall, I think this is a good purchase. I haven't seen any other hard cases that seem appealing. I first tried one of the popular hard cases made of a thinner material (just a painted rubberized type plasic and can be found EVERWHERE cheap), and wasn't happy with the look. While it went well with the sleek look of the phone, there were a few areas of white plastic showing void of the black paint. Small detail I guess, but detracted from the look.

Dare case coverJan 07, 2009
By Bruce M. Roberts Very nice cover, kind of like a hard plactic, but has a rubbery feel. I also puchased screen covers, which have a tendency to want to peel around the edges. This cover helps to prevent that from happening protects the phone and the screen cover.
Quick delivery.

Great caseDec 22, 2008
By J. Martin Great case offers good protection, I really like the way it is tight around the phone and has the needed openings to get to the buttons!

LG Dare: Body Glove CaseApr 23, 2010
By V12spam
"INFOWARSdotCOM"
Foreword: This is a great case, but it's bulk is the only serious drawback, which made me consider returning it. But that said, IF the front & back cover were 1/2 as thick, this WOULD be near perfect a case as you can get! I've carried this phone in baggy to "fitting" jeans and it's not that bulky, but enough that it slightly nags at me. There aren't many better for quality choices vs Body Glove. Cheap crack-prone plastic, clingy silicone, or quick to deform "rubber," are about it.
Cliffs:
Pros:
1) Looks great.
2) Feels great.
3) Solid fit & form.
4) Works, actually protects phone.
5) Good grip/texture; it won't slide out/off surfaces.
Cons:
1) Bulky, the back cover is really thick & adds significant weight Vs plain phone.
2) Front cover makes touching edges of screen difficult.
3) Price is a little high for molded plastic and pleather skin.
4) Should come with a screen protector for the price!
5) Worried about plastic snap-in design, could break, rendering case useless w/one potential drop?
6) Removing case is a bit tricky b/c it's secured so tight with snap-ins.

great service, terrible productApr 18, 2011
By div4scpro credit where credit is due. when the first case did not fit OEM shop immediately sent out a new case, unfortunately the new case is in worse shape than the first one. even though they come in a Verizon Wireless accessory package I have a hard time believing these are made by Body Glove or that anyone that bought one of these did not return it. They do not snap in place on the phone and the finish looks like a cross between a razor blade or a grinder was used to shape them. Again, OEM shop has immediately processed a refund and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again after I more thoroughly research the product.
