 Can't keep a chargeOct 18, 2010

The batteries that are packaged in this combo will not keep a charge. I received mine with a 65% charge, and immediately placed the phone on the provided charger. It charged to 100%, but upon disconnection, the battery immediately went to 85% and discharged approximately 3% per minute. I contacted Eforcity with this information, and they sent a replacement battery, but this one also discharged within a few minutes. They were nice enough to refund my money fairly quickly, but if you really need a battery, don't purchase these or any batteries linked to Eforcity. I give it a ONE STAR because i can't give it a NO STAR rating.

The item did not work, emailed customer service, who only work Mon - Fri 9 - 5 PT. This is weird for an online business!!!
After some silly questions from customer service, they asked me to call them (during business hours). The person I talked to was not respectful, he actually laughed at me and treated me as if I am stupid.
In there "efforts" to fix the problem, they sent me another package (without requesting me to send the original one back). The second package did not work either.
The second call to customer service was better. They gave me a full refund without requesting the packages.

Recieved the combo kit for HTC 8125 it was fine but phone would not take a charge-not the kits problem but poor design in the phone. On time and price was good

Great price and fast shipping. Battery is within 90% of original for length of time between recharge. Home charger is FAST, It says it will shutoff automatically but I don't trust it enough to leave it unsupervised (quite a bit of heat on Battery). The car charger would not insert without excessive pressure and then quit working within a week. I mainly ordered for the Battery so I am pleased.

It works like a charm. The battery works like a charm and the chargers work beautifully. I bought the MDA at ebay and I was given the wrong charger, so I ordered one here and saw a good deal (plus an extra battery as a backup). It was work the wait and I'm a happy customer.
