luv that my hands are free to use the computer while talking with client. with the other headset i had before the ear cover would keep falling off, with this one, the cover is nicely cushioned & nearly impossible for it to come off. sound quality is excellent too.

This headset arrived quickly, works perfectly with my Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 SIP desk phone. The only issue I have with it is that no matter how I adjust the headband, the ear pad does not sit perfectly flat against my ear. This does not interfere with comfort, usability, or sound quality - just a minor annoyance. It is a huge time and neck saver! I love the quick disconnect feature.

We bought 2 of these headsets for some office employees who are on the phone frequently. The headsets work great and integrate nicely into our Polycom IP550 phones. They plug right in, and work well right out of the box.
The only real downside is if you have the speaker volume turned up high, the caller will hear they voice echo back slightly. This is probably the mic picking up the sound from the speaker.
Overall a great headset, albeit a bit expensive for what it is.
