I like how the sideways ratchet works, however it does not fit the HTC Rezound.
It blocks the power cable with the phone inserted one way, and presses the volume buttons with the phone inserted from the other end.
Neither is acceptable.

Though keep in mind I paid less than $7 shipped.
The best thing about this mounted phone holder is the suction device. I put it on my windshield and it has stayed put through temperatures over 90 and near freezing. I loved that the backrest of the mount was supposed to hold a picture, but I have yet to figure out how to insert anything.
The instructions on how to assemble the holder are horrible. Someone needed to edit and localize the English. This is part of the reason I haven't been able to figure out the picture frame issue mentioned earlier. The other concern I had about the product is that the part of the assembly that holds the phone does not fully attach to the mount. It can be inserted on the mount, but there isn't adhesive or a clicking mechanism that keeps securely in place. Because the lack of a secure connection occasionally the holder comes away from the mount when I take out the phone.
So great item for the money. I've definitely got $7 worth of enjoyment out of the holder.

If you are buying this to use the flex arm, great - go ahead. If you are looking for a durable a/c vent attachment - forget this one. I used the round plastic disc, superglued it to my dash, and then suctioned the flex arm to that. It works great! One thing - in cold weather the button to open the holder so the phone comes out moves very slowly, but I'm sure I can apply graphite to make it easier to move. Thefoam pads came off, but superglue again comes to the rescue.

I ENDED UP BUYING 2 OF THESE BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE BROKE AFTER 3 DAYS OF USE......SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AND GOT 20% OFF......AND THAT ONE CAME TO ME IN THE MAIL BROKEN....SO I EMAILED PICTURES ...AGAIN TO THE SELLER AND THEY SENT ME "REPLACEMENT PARTS" FOR THE BROKEN UNIT.....AND THAT EVEN CAME BROKEN!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE PRODUCT IF IT WOULD WORK AND NOT BREAK...AND IF I COULD RECIVE IT NOT ALREADY BROKEN. I ENDED UP GHETTING A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT BUT STILL AM LONGING FOR ONE THAT WOULD BE BUILT TO LAST AND WORK PROPERLY!!!!!

This works great.I just bought a new Droid Razor and at first had a few concerns but after i got it and installed it, it's working great. It's flexiable and looks good too. Love the price also.
