This is an excellent case, period! The glossy TPU material is very visually appealing and the inside of the case feels like felt, which will prevent any physical damage on the sides and back of your Gnex. I dropped my phone on the concrete floor at work and it actually bounced. This case adds excellent protection to your device while adding very little bulk. After using the case for over a week, I actually prefer the very slight thickness of the phone with the case on it as opposed to the paper thin feel of it without (I always felt like I was going to break it before).
The power button, camera, and all of the ports/microphones/speakers have adequate cutouts that line up perfectly. Only the volume rocker is lacking a cutout, but it can still be easily found and pressed due to the impressions added over the top of the volume buttons. The case also fits with the extended battery, which is a huge plus.
This is a beautiful and very functional case that I will recommend to all of my friends and family. After seeing my phone with this case, my dad has actually already ordered one for his Gnex to replace the expensive and bulky Otterbox case that he already had.

I received this case earlier then scheduled. I made an excellent choice on this case. It fits my VZW Galaxy Nexus even when using the extended battery. It fits nice and firm on the device and at the same time its easy to take off to replace the drained battery or to just admire the slickness of the device. It also add some grip to the device.

I have to say, I love this case. I was getting ready to buy one of those $30 cases, but I decided, what the heck, I'll give this one a try first. I'm really glad I did. It actually improves the phone.
The look of the case is really nice. It's slick and shiny and blends with the phone very nicely. But it's what the case adds to the feel of the phone that I especially like. It gives the phone just enough extra thickness and grip to take away that slippery, fragile, plastic, I-feel-like-I'm-going-to-drop/break-this-phone-any-minute feel that I always felt the GNex had.
It's easy to put on and the cutouts are all in just the right places. It's a very custom fit. Another bonus is that the cutout for the power button makes the power button much easier to find. Without the case, I was always hunting for the power button. Now it's really easy to find.
Speaking of cutouts. I think I read in some of the other reviews that the case didn't have cutouts for the volume buttons. The new case does have these cutouts...perfectly placed and sized, just like all the others.
I know I might sound like I work for the company, but I just really have no complaints about this case. It was just what I wanted it to be. Oh, one more way that the case improves the phone. If you've ever tried to lean your phone up against something horizontally to watch a video, you probably know that it was almost impossible to do because the phone would just slide down on the table. Not anymore. Again, the case adds just enough grip to allow it to stand up in this way. Definitely recommended. For the price, you can't go wrong.

This cover fits perfectly. All holes lined up with millimeter accuracy. The rubber is both flexible and stiff. The surface is smooth, yet very slightly stickier than the phone's own surface, making it less likely to slip out of your hand. It is not sticky enough to collect dust or lint, and the phone still slides in and out of my pocket easily. If it should fall out of your hand, I have complete confidence that it could be dropped onto cement and the phone would not break. The cover is only a few millimeters thick, so it still fits in my pocket without feeling bulky. I strongly recommend that everyone have one of these, and think that it should come with the phone.

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus with extended battery (2100mah) and the Armor Suit protective skin and this case stretches nicely over it. It adds much needed protection and grip to my Nexus without making it look or feel bulky. All the cutouts line up perfectly (I was concerned theyy might not given that my skin and battery add bulk that could pull it out of alignment.)
My only gripe is that it's a fingerprint magnet but I assumed as much given its glossy surface.
One tip for anyone using this case is to make sure it's warm before the first time you put it on. After pulling a little harder than I was comfortable with, I put the case outside in the sun for about 10 minutes (75 degree day) and after that it stretched nicely and fits perfectly (again, probably an uncommon problem based on the bulk I've already added to the phone.)
