Obviously if you look around you'll find other white skins like this that are costly (~20). This skin is cut almost perfectly for the nokia e71. I've had it for about 3 weeks, and it hasn't done much stretching either. If you have the white Nokia e71, I highly suggest getting this skin. A short while after I started using it, I also bought clear protective skins to supplement this, but using both I find that my phone is nearly indestructible. I mean, I'm not gonna throw it against a wall to test it, but my phone's pretty much completely protected from scratches now.
Another benefit of using a skin like this is that it improves your grip when youre texting. I find that without the skin, my palms sometimes get sweaty after holding the phone in my hands and texting. With the skin you don't have to worry about this.
A drawback however is that it makes the phone a little bit thicker, which takes away from the attraction of having an e71, as it is pretty much the thinnest smart phone on the market at the moment. However, it's easy to remove the skin, so if you wanted to show off your phone you could just slip it out of the skin. Good purchase, in my opinion, and for the price, you definitely want to pick one up.

Unlike in the photo, the skin I received leaves the entire front space (from above the speaker all the way down to below the microphone) uncovered. And because there's no strip across the middle (just below the screen), the sides are a bit loose... although not so much that it falls off.
The phone is still protected, which is the main goal. But it's not quite as advertised.
For the price I paid though, I won't complain too loudly. : )
An added benefit is that the silicone provides a slightly less slippery grip for hands, and significantly less slippery on smooth surfaces.

How could I go wrong. $0.55 (about $4 with shipping) for a silicone case, white that is, to fit over my white e71.
When you buy an expensive phone, you need some protection. Due to the E71's thin size already, I wanted something unobtrusive. This fit the bill, adds maybe 10 mm to the phone (can't notice a bulky phone still), has a nice backing that helps hold the phone while typing, and has sufficient corner protection to help when dropping the phone.
Note: There is no screen protector included with this. At the bare minimum, I highly suggest buying a screen protector. I had a ZAGG one for my N95, and the thing was completely unscratchable (held up to its manufacturer's lofty claims). Those are expensive however, and I have simply bought some screen protector that was $4. Couldn't be happier with the combined purchase.
My E71 is safe from scratching in my pocket and falling from my pocket.
Second Note: My case was EXACTLY as appears in the picture. And it fits quite snugly over the phone. Due to Nokia's own design, it can seem a little flimsy at areas, but that is due to the phone's small size and huge amount of various ports, speakers, and buttons on the outside.

I just wanted something simple to protect my phone that wasn't bulky or expensive. I got exactly what I was looking for with this case so I bought a second one for my husband. It does feel a little rubbery, but it works great and my phone is safe and sound. I might order some other colors - wish there was red or pink or sparkly (is there?)
