By PHOTOMAN225 This product is of limited use for the Samsung Intensity( SCH-u450). After you get over the hurdle of installing the software, you can only access the following applications: contacts, Images and Movies, and internet. It does not allow you to access ringtones, SMS manager and the calendar functions (which is mainly why I wanted this product). I found out the limited functionality of this software by accessing the company website. I would suggest that before you buy this product, you go to the company website to see which applications apply to your phone model. I am going to return this product. Installing this software and getting your phone to connect is also a big challenge. Overall, just not worth the hassles.
