 Fits My LG Optimus V Smartphone Just RightNov 04, 2011

I needed a nice silicone case for my Virgin Mobile LG Optimus V phone, and this fits just right. Everything lines up perfectly, it fits on the phone snugly, it definitely provides some shock protections for modest drops (though I heartily recommend avoiding it when possible), and feels like it'll last a long time. It's just soft enough to protect the phone, and to keep it from skidding around on flat surfaces, but not too soft that it feels like it'll fall apart and doesn't stick to the inside of my tool pouch or pockets. The opening on the bottom for the USB Micro plugs fits most of my cables, but a few of my older USB Micro have larger plastic grips that require me to stretch the opening on the case slightly. However, this is only a minor issue, and not the fault of the case itself. I might consider carefully expanding the opening with an hobby knife, but since I don't use those cables much, it may not be necessary. Either way, I'm quite pleased with the Electromaster brand silicone case for my Optimus V!

This is a fantastic case, the spots are all cut out for the charger cable, the speaker, the power button, and everything else. IMPORTANT: This case may say LG Optimus S on the package, but the description will tell you differently. It does work for the LG Optimus V, so for Virgin Mobile customers, this is a great case to buy! It's soft, and attractive, and can prevent your phone from slipping. And the price is amazingly low!

The case is still going strong, and protected my phone when someone else dropped it (that was a close call).

I was just looking for a affordable cover to protect my phone and this one was cheap enough that I decided to order one just to check it out. I figured I could always buy a new case if I didn't like it.
The case has impressed me. Simple black, no logos (which I like) and fits my LG Optimus perfectly. It has all the proper cutouts for speakers, mic and camera. Its made out a silicone rubber and seems tough enough to help the phone survive a fall (as long as it landed on its back.) Plus it will definitely protect the phone case from scratching.
Recommended, especially for the price.

I liked all the positive reviews, so I went ahead and purchase this case. When I got it I was disappointed at first since it wasn't as thin as other fashion cases. However I got over that quickly. Just beware that this case is not ultra thin. As mentioned by another poster I needed the usb opening a little longer for the fat part of the usb plug and this was easily achieved by using sharp scissors and cutting the slit a little bigger to one side. I am extremely happy and would recommend this case to anyone.

Not sure why this cover got such great reviews. I purchased one and was nothing but disappointed. The sides were way too loose. Would not use it. Still searching for a good one.
