I am very disappointed with this seller.
They have shipped the adapter with a missing part. It's useless without it.
They refuse to ship the missing part by mail to my address.
I do not recommend this seller to anyone.
I cannot write a review for the item just because I cannot use it at all.

The item arrived from the vendor quickly and in good shape. The product number on the USB cable is 73H00296-01M. Unfortunately, I was shopping for a standard mini USB connector, as the reviewer "raymondsd" received from this vendor. This a standard mini-USB plug that would be compatible with items such as the HTC Droid Incredible, Kodak Playsport, and Sprint Sierra Wireless Overdrive. However this plug is not a standard mini-USB plug. Based on the reviews for this item, it seems that the plug/interface that is sent has been variable, so ordering is a bit of a roll of the device. Fortunately, the purchase price is low (under $10 incl shipping). The vendor should clarify in the item description that the mini-USB connector is not standard, especially if they have updated their inventory to consistently send out cable P/N 73H00296-01M.

The product came in defective and I am not able to do an exchange due to my absent from my apartment for the last 1 month. The wall charger pin was found broken internally.

Very first, secure packaging. I like the stylish product design compare with all the other chargers. Only a couple of problems are; one, there is no indication for charging, two, it's too wide to take two spaces of outlet.
