I received my halo screen protectors about 4 days after I ordered them. When I was looking at different screen protectors on amazon for the iPhone 4S there were so many options and I didn't know which ones to choose! I went with the halo ones because it had the most stars and they were a great deal! When I ordered these screen protectors it said it had 4 for both the back and front, when I got them in the mail I only got 3. It wasn't a big deal, but still a little annoying. So, on to the applying them. They come with directions on how to apply the protectors but I decided to just wing it. I wiped the screen with the cloth in the package and applied the protector. You want to make sure and peel of the first layer before you apply and then the second layer after it's on the phone. The first couple of tries I had a lot of air bubbles that I couldn't get out with a credit card, but that was probably just because I didn't follow the directions. I tried one more time with the last protector and I got it! I have no air bubbles and the protector doesn't affect the retina display at all, you can barely tell there's a screen protector on the phone. It seems to stick really good to the phone but not that it would ruin your screen when you remove it. Now, on to the back side. I applied the back protector perfectly the first time which leaves me with two more if I ever need them again. I also have no air bubbles on the back and is practically invisible against the white iPhone. Also, the cut outs for the home button and front camera line up perfectly with the phone. Overall, I'm really pleased with this product! The application was easy and it's barely noticeable. The screen does get a lot of finger prints and smudges, that doesn't bug me but if that's something that bugs you, it's easy to remove just by wiping your shirt over it. I'm a kind of person that will look at a million different screen protectors read tons of reviews and still be scared to choose one. If you're that kind of person, I'm telling you, get this screen protector, you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't tell you it was a great product if it wasn't. I would definitely buy this product again!

The instructions came with the product says the installation should be done in a 'dust free' environment, but this is hardly realistic. Also I kind of doubt that this product was manufactured in a dust free environment in the first place. Anyway the truth is that is there any dust/fiber on the surface of the phone, no matter how tiny they are, a bubble will show up for each of them, and it is virtually impossible to get completely dust free in a single shot no matter how hard you try.
So my trick is to use some Scotch tapes - first you use the tape to remove all the particles from the surface of the phone, as thoroughly as possible, I found this is much more effective than the wipe cloth. Then peel of the first layer, apply the film on the phone - most likely, there will still be dust particles or fiber there and they are very visible as ugly bubbles. But don't panic. What I did is first remember the location of the bubbles, lift up the film, and use another piece of Scotch tape to pull off the dust or fiber from the film. This technique works great for me, and after a few such tries and I did perfect bubble free installations on 2 iPhones, both front and back. All you need are Scotch tapes and patience!

I purchased this product after reading several reviews outlining the pros and cons of the product. Many of the reviews described how wonderful the screen protector was, and that it was everything it was promised to be. However, I have not had a positive experience and would like to outline for future purchasers my experience with this product.
First, it is advertised on Amazon very differently than the actual product. It is described as a "3 pack + 3 bonus back films," and this is very misleading. The actual product is a single screen protector that is made up of three separate layers that must be applied one on top the other, individually. For me, this was extremely frustrating, because I did not receive this impression from the description of the protector or from any of the reviews.
Second, the protector is difficult to apply to the phone. I read reviews from other individuals who purchased it, as well as the company itself, claiming that it fits the iPhone 4 EXACTLY. This was not my experience. I had a difficult time lining it up with my phone screen, and once I applied the protector, the edges of the phone were not protected. It was essentially a large air bubble, all around the edge of the phone. According to the package and the company's description, these "bubbles" should clear up by rubbing a credit card across it. No matter how many tried to run my credit card across the phone, the bubbles never disappeared and the edges began to curl upward. It was extremely obnoxious to try and deal with, and in my opinion defeated the purpose of buying the protector at all.
Finally, there was a filmy residue on the protector. It was sticky to run my finger across and left horrible smudge and smear marks. My phone looked better without the screen protector at all.
Overall, I was very frustrated with the product and not satisfied with my purchase. One thing I did notice from other negative reviewers was that they noticed a "rainbow" effect across the screen of the phone. While I had a lot of frustration from this product, the rainbow effect was not one of them. Despite the air bubbles, residue, and poor user ability, the portions of the protector that were attached correctly had a nice clarity and did not affect my impression or view of the screen at all. I sincerely hope that my review has been helpful to future customers interested in this product.

I hate to leave bad feedback but these screen protectors were just to plastics stuck together they didn't stick on at all well the ones i received at least not upset just a bit disappointed but hey everyone else's reviews were ok maybe i got some defected ones...

I wanted to like these protectors. I watched the video about how to install, rolling off the sticky guard while pressing down with a credit card. I followed the instructions in two separate locations, trying to find a "dust-free" environment, but five out of six (three front and back protectors) had multiple dust bubbles. The last had a couple dust bubbles, but that was fine. Once you pull the guards off the protector film, there is no keeping dust off of them (I tried using eyeglass cleaner)--so if you don't get them in place the first time, that's it. They say they are washable and re-useable, but watermarks and fingerprints abound.
I did eventually order a second set and did put one on my iPhone in a bathroom steamed up from a hot shower. I was able to place it without any serious bubbles in the center, but there are a couple bubbles on the corners. I can live with those, though. The protector does a nice job of otherwise "blending in," save when you see the rainbow effect at an angle (largely when the screen is off--so not a big deal). If it protects the screen and stays on the phone for a reasonable amount of time, that is the important part now.
