The first battery they sent would not hold a charge, but after contacting the company they replaced it with one that would hold a charge. Only problem was time involved from purchase to replacement. I also wish that the company would include a invoice with the product.

Batteries for my Nokia phone arrived quickly and well-packaged, so the service was great. The batteries appeared to be new as stated, and seem to perform well. (My phone is old, but I can tell that these batteries give it more talk time than my old ones did.) I'm happy - would do it again in a heartbeat - great seller. Thanks! (I thought I had reviewed this, but I must not have, so I apologize to the seller for not reviewing sooner.)

Battery send was not working. Trying to contact for replacement and never get any result from the provider. I will never purchase againg on this site.
