It's bad enough that the ear hook didn't come with the earpiece and that I had to buy it separately but that it doesn't fit well and comes off as soon as you move your head is downright insulting. Totally useless.

The loop is so weak. I lost it again! It keeps popping off and I'm not about to spend $4+ on this thing. I don't like using the hookless insert in my ear, it doesn't seem to work well for me but it is better than losing this everytime I put it in my briefcase or lay the Jawbone down it pops off of the device. Annoying!!

I had a Jawbone before and the ear loop it came with would break where the joint is now located on the new piece. Whenever I'm not using it and I'm getting ready to throw it in my pocket or backpack, I swivel the ear loop flat against the inside of the bluetooth. I went through at least three or four of the old ones, and I haven't had any issues with the new one breaking. Good improvement Aliph!

Earloops were sent in a timely fashion. They are a bit more pliable than the earloops that came with the original package of the Jawbone so the quality of product was slightly diminished. They are working but tend to not be as secure as the original.

I didn't have any doubt about these because I use them all the time. I just wanted some extra ones for my dad and mother-in-law because they are easy to loose or misplace. I was not disappointed. They actually fit more securely than the one that came with my Jawbone!
