 Short battery life at first, but after 30 or so cycles is dramatically better.Feb 16, 2011

Looks like brand new original product and I feel like it is, as advertised. When I first started using the new battery, it's life was very short. After using the battery for over a month and doing at least 30 charging cycles, life has improved dramatically. When the phone was new, it used to last five to seven days between charges and it's back to nearly that. I imagine that it must just be very old stock that has been sitting on a shelf for years so needs to be cycled before it can hold a full charge.

We ordered the battery. Received it and it didn't work. I informed Amazon then OEM and they asked me if I wanted replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement. I wait two weeks and I have to complain again because they gave no response. Finally, OEM tells me they have no more replacements and refunds money to me. Not sure where the refund is either. What a mess.

If this was OEM (and it matched the Verizon battery exact)Verizon would be issuing apologies all over the place and new batteries. We went through 4, yes 4, defective batteries: wouldn't hold charge, would not recognize battery, etc. After the 4th one OEM Shop refunded my money promptly and without question. This really is a piece of junk: 2 of them had the appearance of being used: scratches on labe, on contacts.

Received the battery and it would not charge, did not work at all. I called the OEM store phone number twice, left a message and they did not respond. Website listed as contact was not useable. Bad deal, very poor customer service. With this outfit - if you have a problem, you're out of luck.

This bettery holds a charge for about a day. I should have heeded the warnings of the other bad reviews out there. My 3 year old original battery holds a charge longer than this one, and its supposed to be new!? I'm really disappointed.
