This battery resolved my phone not lasting long with the old/original battery; and, periodic unexpected phone shut downs, even when the old battery was not yet drained (phone would go out, even not long after being charged - would power back on, and battery icon would still have 1/2 or 3/4 charge). Phone has not cut out since replacing the battery with this one, and it lasts much longer.

The first battery that i bought was supposed to arrive at my house by nov 2nd. I didnt get it til nov 8th. Once i did get the battery it would shut my lg evn2 on and off on its own. Emailed the company 3 times, no response. Called 2 times, no response. Finally got a response on the 3rd call, gentleman was sorry for all the inconvience and problems, told me he would ship me out a new battery that day free of charge. I got the battery 3 days later, but got 2 batteries instead of the one. The first battery i opened works GREAT! actually holds a charge and i can talk on the phone for hours now instead of minutes. Was frustrated at first but once taken care of i am very happy. would order from again.

Changed my opinon of OEMMay 03, 2011

I orginally rated OEM poorly on my first rating. OEM contacted me to determine the source of my concern. After explaining my disapointment in the quality of the product shipped to me, I was offered the option of a refund or replacement of the items (cell phone batteries).
New batteries were shipped to me at no cost to me. They arrived today and both batteries are good. I will reccomend OEM to my friends and will look to OEM for future purchases. Their concern for me, the customer and their commitment to the quality of the product is evident by thier action in this case. Thanks OEM!
