Good product for the moneyDec 05, 2011

This snapped right on to my Optimus V without any problems. Everything lined up perfectly with minimum fuss. It's good enough of a case that I'm not afraid of dropping it or putting it in my pocket, but cheap enough that I don't have any qualms about repainting the hardshell portion of it however I want in order to get a custom look.
When considering one of these cases, keep in mind that anything which says LG Optimus (x) are all essentially the same phone, hence why this "S" case fit my "V" with no hassle, and saved me a few bucks on the case and shipping.

I was surprised , the quality is good and it fits the phone well. The cover is not as thick or as bullet proof as my Seidio CONVERT Combo for the HTC EVO - but then again its also a third of the price. A good buy ! My daughter is very happy with the cover and so am I.

I also had a bad smell problem with this case. Not sure who the other buyers, who complained about the smell, got theirs from, but I got mine from "GizmoReady." It fit on my phone and is an awesome case, but I decided to return it because the smell was really bad. I got a RED/BLACK one of the same kind b/c nobody has complained with that one about a smell. Not sure if it's just that particular seller or what. But all in all, the case is great... but the smell, not so much.
UPDATE: Got the red one and it also has a similar smell, not as bad though...

Both my wife and I have the LG Optimus S. I have the Otterbox and am a big fan of it. My wife wanted something different so she thought she'd give this a try. The case fits snug. It's got a rubberized case that goes on first and then a harder shell that goes over. The phone isn't over bulky with this on. Very nice buy.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. It would have spared some nicks and scratches. The case is well made and gives the phone a sturdy appearance. Price is good as well
