It took a little bit to get it to work with my Motorola V551, I had to install the software twice, install the drive twice, then it finally worked.
It is nice to be able to make your own ringtones and wallpapers to upload to the phone and edit the address book by actually typing!
I would have gave it 5 stars but for the difficulty in installing.

Like the other reviewer said, this product is quite difficult to install. I'm quite learned in installing programs, but I still had some problems with this. First, most likely the software on the cd by the time you get it is almost outdated or incompatible with your phone/pc. Fortunately the the company's website provides updates, and sometimes all new program versions altogether. Realizing this, I should have spent less and bought the cord as a sole item, instead of the package.
When it finally installed, I was dissappointed to find out that not all aspects of the program is compatible with my phone which is a Motorola V400. However I can still upload MIDI files and shorten them with the program. I also can download the photo's in my camera to my computer. Unfortunately moving pictures the reverse way not always works.
I was most upset with the fact that I cannot save, create, move, nor edit any of my text messages... Im not sure if this is a incompatibility issue with my phone or the program itself is at fault.
When you plug in the cord to your phone, the program starts to scan for recent changes in your phone, like your address book for example. The only problem with this is that, the process itself can take a while to finish... and sometimes it kind of hangs/stalls and you have to restart the whole process over.
My primary reason for buying this was to move my camera phone photos to my pc, since I was getting a replacement phone. I was hoping for the other added benefits this program had, but in the end most of them wouldn't work. At least I was able to move my photos... and for that I give this product a 2.

I call myself a non-user because I cannot get the software to recognize that the handset (phone) is connected through the usb cable. I have spent countless hours installing, uninstalling then reinstalling this software and drivers. I have not been successful reaching tech support. At this point I have spent way more time than this is worth. To all readers of this review, spend a bit more money and get a quality product. Cheap is not always the best way to go. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Takes too long to load. Crashes like Evil Knevil. Won't work on your phone if you have two computers. Who needs these problems? Just forget about it.

Works as advertised. You will have to go to the vendor website to get upgrades depending on your cell phone model. There are some ringtones and graphics included on the CD with the software which was a pleasant suprise.
