I drive a truck and this bluetooth headset lives up to it's billing. I've been frustrated over the years with cell phone headsets. Most are difficult to hear in a noisy big rig. I've had this one about a month and I'm extremely pleased with the clarity. The callers I talk to tell me their end sounds great as well. I've talked off and on for several hours over a couple of days stretch before needing to charge the battery. The charge is completed while I sleep in the bunk. It's lightweight, adjustable and fairly comfortable. At times I forget it's on my head. Sometimes I don't even take off my hat to use it. The boom mike pivots out of the way when you don't need it. Easy to set-up....just fully charge the battery before initially turning on the unit, make the connection to your phone and you're good to go. The manuals are easy to follow too. If you have a bluetooth phone and need a quality headset this is the one to get.

As a trucker in need of a bluetooth headset I've been looking for one that had the volume I needed and the noise canceling needed for those I talked with. This is,for me,the perfect solution period. I have tried a blueant product, a motorola headset and one from plantronics. The plantronics worked well but after switching to a new phone (att tilt) I was unable to hear well enough to have a conversation. This headset was all I had hoped it would be and saved me from having to try another phone or worse continuing to throw money at headsets that would only dissapoint. One really nice feature is that when paired it is not necessary to wear it to hear the phones ringer the phone rings normally and you simply put it on then answer the call.

Well worth the investment. I drive escort for oversize loads and my dispacther no longer asks me to remove my bluetooth. Noise reduction is excellent and standby time is exceptional.

My spouse and I purchased 2 of these expensive units after receiving our Thunderbolts. Both power packs broke immediately, which required the AC converter to be run in the car. I work at home and spend very little time in the car, so this isnt feasible. This was very disappointing since it appears to be the only similar product on the market. This is a great looking and functional unit with clear reception up to 30 feet - more like 15. My house is only 30 feet long and the reception dropped off mid-house. When I have time, I will return the unit, but am very disappointed with the product. Please save yourself the frustration and don't buy it!

Where to start??? I'm a truck driver, having a good bluetooth heatset is a must. I am not sure where things went wrong with this product, but, I would not waste my money on this.
The first one I bought was awesome, ( I have had 4 total), it lasted 3 years being used everyday. It was time to replace it so I bought another one. Absolute piece of junk!!!! On the first one, it stopped working, on the second one, the head piece broke, on the third one, the tones for the headset were so loud, it hurt your ears and shattered any thought you were having. Also, the battery life was horrible, and the mic had alot of noise in it.
Customer service was good, once you found the correct form to mail in. All in all, quality of this headset was lost somewhere along the time I bought my first one, and the second one. I would not recommend this headset to anyone, not even someone I didn't like. I would by the VXI BlueParrott Roadwarrior B250-XT Bluetooth Wireless Headset , damn good headset there!!!!! A few more bucks but the quality is still there. The blue parrott is alot more comfortable too!!!
Hope this helps someone out there and saves you some frustration.
