Excellent HeadsetAug 04, 2008
By Ry
"Ryan Miller"
This is the first headset I've ever owned and I think it's great. It wasa bit expensive where I bought it (an AT&T store) at $120.00 but, It's definitely top of the line. It's fits in my ear very snugly with 3 different size/shaped earbuds (I have very small ear canals) and it weighs nearly nothing. In fact, after I put it on and get used to it for a few minutes, I pretty much forget that I'm even wearing it. It has all the great features: noise cancellation, voice dialing (both name and digit), long talk and standby times (5 hours talk/200 hours standby), and it fully charges in only 20 minutes or so. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is: I was out of town 2 months ago, was outside walking back to my hotel, and the day was quite windy. I made a call back home and-though I could hear her just fine-she could hardly hear me and I had to keep repeating everything over and over again untill I finally got inside the hotel and away from the wind. Then everything was fine. This is my one and only gripe. All in all, it's an awsome product. Just two pieces of advice: 1-though it will work with any bluetooth phone, it is a Motorola headset and-for whatever reason-links faster and works better with a Motorola phone. (my Mother also has an H12, but a Samsung cell phone. So, certain features, like voice dial, won't work) 2-If you do decide to get one, buy it from Amazon. A new one only runs around $65-$70, whereas it's $120 to $130 at any retail store-at least that I've seen. Still, no regrets. I'm glad I bought it. (Just wish I saw it on Amazon first)

Fantastic OEM Bluetooth HeadsetMay 24, 2009
By Erik-divedeeper I purchased this OEM Motorola H12 Headset recently and I'm glad I did.
It was far cheaper then the retail packaging, and it works fantastic. I have tested it while walking outside, which is something my last motorola headset would not do very well. I walk my dog a lot and needed something hands free that would sound good outside, and this one is it. Everyone tells me that they can't tell I'm outside, or if a big wind gust comes up, they say its not very noisy for them.
Setup:
It synced up with my Blackberry Storm in about 15 seconds. Very easy to setup. Works great with the Blackberry Storm voice recognition software. I simply press the button, and tell it to call "John Smith Mobile" and I'm good to go.
Comfort:
As far as comfort, it is very lightweight, and fights fairly well in my ear. I would not call it extremely comfortable, but i'd give it high marks none the less. The clip that goes around the ear to hold it in place is a very nice design, comfortable. My only fear is that it is plastic and looks like it would break easily, but it clips on and I already saw you can buy a 3 pack of replacements for under $10
Sound Quality:
It is a little tin can sounding. Kind of hollow or not a large range of audio quality, but not really much of a surprise, as most wireless headsets sound like this. Volume is great, has up and down, and for me, I don't have to turn it up very much to hear everything I want, even while walking outside in the wind.
Overall, I say go for it. I did a lot of reasurch and this one is by far the best bang for your money. Hope this review was helpful.

The headset's great....Sep 10, 2008
By A. Williams This product seems to be some kind of resale. It's a new headset; however, the difference in price seems to be that it does not come in the original packaging or with all the original components. The headset is great and it got here when it should have. The first one didn't work so I had to exchange it, but Amazon overnighted the replacement so I had it almost immediately. I really like the headset however, I do not have the desk charging unit or all the ear bud replacements. Spend $10 more (which is still a great deal on this headset) and get the one that comes in the box.

One of the nicest, stylish bluetooth by Motorola~Dec 23, 2008
By Dejacques R. Cole Hey let me just say, that if your looking into buying a bluetooth for yourself, just make sure you do your homework first. I did mine and it turned out for the better cause this headset was perfect and I love amazon cause it was a whole lot cheaper on here and I love the sales. The stylish design is really cool, and if your background music is at a medium level it will cancel it out but let me make sure you know what noise canceling does, it makes it so when you talk on your bluetooth ex: In your car and the music is playing not too loud, it will cancel out the music and let the person on the other end hear you clearly. One thing to know though it hears everything in the background if you stay silent. Other than that I turn my radio down anyway while talking using the bluetooth and its done me good so far. One more thing before I go it comes with two chargers and a usb cable. A desktop charger and a case to charger, so as I said its good and I reccomend it to anyone.

DISGUSTED!Jul 31, 2009
By Alag I'm so disappointed with Amazon regarding this purchase. At the time I purchased this as "new" and received it in a plastic bag, no box. Since I had bought this as a gift, I was too embarrassed to give it away, so kept it for myself. When I finally opened it I was obviously USED. There was visible residual earwax from the previous user! I was disgusted! Then I continue to find that there were no replacement ear cushions and also missing the desk charger. On top of that, the headset doesn't even work! Since it's been 30 days since the purchase, Amazon Customer Service will not offer any assistance in correcting this horrible purchase. Negative 5 stars in my book.
