1Be Aware of what you are gettingApr 18, 2009

I assume they added the "Bulk Packaged" designation because of all the complaints they were getting when the order arrived. The unit comes in a zip lock bag - that is right a zip lock. Also the instruction are a poor copy of the original - not even copied in the correct order. And as the previous reviewer stated it only comes with one ear piece. If you don't mind that (the ear piece that came with mine did not fit right) then I guess you will be pleased. I ended up returning mine (they shipped it twice as even customer support could not believe the package I received and wanted to make sure it was just not a mistake).

I have never ordered a 'new' product from Amazon and received such a poorly packaged item. I ended up ordering the slightly higher priced same item (see below) and it came in the manufacturer's packaging with everything I expected included. I guess you live and learn.

The item I ended up ordering was: Motorola 89239 H15 Noise-Canceling Bluetooth Wireless Headset [Wireless Phone Accessory]

The H15 itself is excellent and I am very satisfied with the product. My low rating was just to give you a heads up on what you will receive if you order this specific version of the H15.

Great product. Works well. Only disapointment is that bulk packaging does not include different sizes of ear buds.

The ear piece works without problem but I bought it as "bulk package" item and that has been problematic. I sent the first one back because it did not have the extra ear buds and then the second one came without the desktop charging cradle, which isn't absolutely necessary to charge but its a handy to have the cradle ready to use. No problem with Amazon, they were very prompt on handling my problem but I'm still stuck with a unit that doesn't have the cradle, I could return it again but what will the next bulk package unit have missing. I should have paid the extra $20 or so for the standard purchase unit.

1piece of junkOct 08, 2009

Motorola missed the boat on this one....

Terrible fit in the ear, cannot make it stable. Seems to flop about no matter how much you try and stuff it in your ear canal.
Cannot turn volume up enough to hear when driving with the road noise. The connection to others is spotty and goes on and off. I have to keep taking it off and turning it off so I can speak through the phone. It's dangerous in my opinion. Pricey too.
AND...

This is a replacement for the first one I had bought!

I am using a Blackberry Curve - anybody have a good recommendation? Not Motorola!

Steve
