I took a risk and bought this because it was so cheap. I thought that maybe the previous reviewers had bad luck. I trusted that Amazon would have some sort of quality control on their parts, but they dont. the headset i received was obviously used and scratched up. It didn't even work. The quick start guide was so beat up it looked like it was washed in someone's pocket. I'm returning this product. If you buy this, you'll probably get the same broken headset that I got.

Not only this was bulk packaged, it wasn't even new!!! It had caked on make up and dead skin stuff on the ear piece. I was so disgusted. When I contacted Amazon, they didn't seem to think it was a problem and told me I could just return it. I was shocked, as this is not an usual Amazon response. After I made a huge stink, they refunded me and told me I didn't have to return the item. Needless to say - I threw out the dirty item.

I have owned both this model and the "Plantronics Voyager 520/V521 Bluetooth Headset (Blue)" and this item, at half the plantronics price point FAR outperformed it. It gets static at about the 25 foot mark away from its phone and features four buttons for control. The top and bottom control volume, while pressing them together will place your call on hold, so that the other party cannot hear you but you can hear them. The large button is for calling, answering, and redialing by holding it down for a few seconds. Its noise cancellation is good and works about as well as you can expect from any bluetooth headset without shelling out a few hundred dollars. I have purchased this same item a total of 7 times (I lose them A LOT because I carry them everywhere, take them off, forget where I left them) and currently my family owns four sets (one of which is stranded in my room somewhere). I also own an H375 and, frankly, cannot tell the difference performance wise (its all one color--black--and looks different because of that).

This is simply amazing. I recommend the circle earpiece in my case it is much more comfortable. The other end hears me very fine. However my friend has an accent and it is a little hard to understand what he says. I bought this mainly for gaming purposes. I have yet to pair it with my ps3 but if the H371 is similar it is rather simple. Much better then the H371, this earpiece is much more comfortable. Do not listen to other I got this for free using swagbucks and prizerebel great price!

Don't know if I got a defective unit but this one never worked right for me, the sound was so low you could not even tell if it was on or off. Had to return it for a plantronics.
