Not A Great BatteryMay 19, 2009
By Vampyra I bought this for my Motorola E815 and since they don't make this phone anymore these are old batteries. You will be lucky to get it to hold a charge for a day. Mine worked better the first week and has gone down hill from there. It just bought me some time before I have to buy a new phone and it was cheap. I've had my battery for about a month now. I guess it works but I don't know for how long.

New battery as describedApr 26, 2009
By The WB I purchased 2 of these batteries form my aging Moto e815's back in October 2008. Upon opening the package - they were exact replacements for the OEM batteries in my phones. Charged them up and they have worked perfectly to this day.
I paid $9.00/ea back in October, so the deal is now even better.

Update - 3/7/2010
One comment discussed old batteries were being sold and may not be of good quality. This is my response:
One was dated 07/17/2005. So this battery was just over 3 years old. (I replaced the battery back in 8/2008)
When I received the battery, it was half charged. After a couple complete discharges and recharges, this battery worked just like the original battery that came with my Moto e815.
I have since upgraded phones (back on April 23, 2009). This phone shut down ever since that date. Now that the point has been brought up, I checked the battery level today. On my phone, I show 3/3 bars. Further, taking a Digital Volt Meter (DVM) to the battery, the battery voltage was 3.95 volts under a minor test load. Not too bad considering:
* The battery was last charged over 10 months ago, and
* 3.95 volts on a 3.6 volt battery after sitting that long unused.
You have nothing to worry about.

Update - 1/20/2012
22(+) months has passed since I wrote my last update. Curiosity got the better of me, in light of other negative reviews of this battery.
I pulled my old Moto e815 phone out once again. It is the very phone and battery I discussed on 3/7/2010. Since 3/7/2010, I have not used this phone. It was turned off and stored in a box the entire time. The last charge to the battery in this phone was the morning of April 23, 2009. To put a time table to the amount of time that has passed since this battery's last full charge -- 2 years, 8 months and 4 weeks or, 1,002 days ago.
So what happened? Just as I expected:
* 3/3 bars of charge on my Moto e815 home screen.
* Taking a DVM under a minor load - 3.77 volts of charge(I using the same DVM I used back on 3/7/2010). Remember this is a 3.6 volt Li-ion battery.
For the battery that is now 6 years and 6 month's(+) old, last charged going on 3 years ago and to still hold a charge above it's rated capacity is spectacular. As I said over 22 months ago, you have nothing to worry about with this battery.

OEM Battery For a Great PhoneJul 24, 2010
By M. Dorin The Motorola E815 was one of the best cell phones ever. I have owned it for five years and seen many other phones come and go. I purchased the OEM battery because the original battery finally died. This one works fine and the cost was quite reasonable. There were no surprises. The battery was shipped promptly and arrived before the day scheduled for delivery.

Exactly want I neededFeb 23, 2009
By S. Smith Webtreo is very good on customer service. For example, the first battery
Webtreo mails me doesn't charge in my phone. After, e-mailing the company to
get an RMA number to return the item. This online retailer sends me a follow up
e-mail the next day. It talks about sending me a new battery for my phone before
I mail back the damaged one. In addition, after receiving the new battery, a
return sticker comes in the box and,the shipping and handling is paid for by the
company.
