 It works and upgrade et al happened with no problemsMar 20, 2010
Product arrived promptly and it works just as expected. After installation, I did get an automatic update to the latest version (5.0) as noted by other reviewers. I only used the photo upload capability so can't speak to the other functions. But it certainly did what I wanted to do (i.e. get some photo's out of my V3m phone)without having to activate any digital plans, etc with my phone carrier company. I'm happy with my purchase.

I was misinformed of this product. It is not compatible with the equipment that I have. I required MPT.V.5.0.7a. All the while I was inquiring the MPT program for a Motorola phone W755 and everyone was telling me that this program would work. WRONG. A waste of time and money. Seriousley doubt that I will use this service again!

I couldn't get phone tools to really do anything for my krazr. Kind of a waste of money, but maybe I just didn't know how to really use the program. I have a new phone now and tend to lean away from motorola phones.
