Defective! Others Have the Same ProblemMar 04, 2011

Problem with this phone from the beginning stating "invalid battery". Wouldn't charge, etc. Seller sent me a new battery, and the same problem. Checked on line and found many other people had this problem. Returned phone & got a refund as I didn't want another with this issue.
Another problem is the phone although unlocked was full of AT&T icons, apps. that I couldn't remove. Tried to but wouldn't allow me to delete.

This phone has had problems from the beginning. First you can't even get the light on the keypad to work, you can't hear what is being said sometimes during a call or they can't hear you. I don't recommend this phone at all.
