I bought this phone+battery charger for my Nokia E71 and am only partially satisfied after 4 months. The good news is that the extra battery charger works like a charm, and keeps the spare conveniently set aside for future use. The bad news is that the charging cradle for the phone only works intermittently. The connection to the phone is very finicky, unlike the Nokia-supplied wall charger which works properly 100% of the time. There have been a few times that I've walked away looking at the phone in charging mode, only to find out hours later that it didn't charge. I've stopped using it for anything except keeping the spare battery charged approximately once a week. Because it's useful for the spare battery, I'm giving this product about 2 1/2 stars out of 5.

A good product overall. But the extra battery slot is not well designed. Makes it very difficult to remove the charging battery without using a seperate tool.

Simple and short...This product exceeded my expectations for the simple fact that when you use it and connect your phone via USB cable it charges the phone while in the cradle.The reason i bring that up is because the E71 doesn't charge via USB alone,so when i hooked it up to the USB sync cradle and it started to charge...WOW!
I now have the traveler charger,car charger & now the USB sync charger as a bonus.

I bought this dock for my daughter at college when she started earlier in September of this year, and had it shipped directly to her at her dorm. She got it, plugged it in, and within days, it stopped working.
She just came home for the holidays and brought it home for me to check out because it stopped working. I could not make it work so I wrote the seller and they said I should have reported it within 14 days and returned it within 90 days. So they would do nothing to make good on a product that stopped working in a little less than 3 months. I contacted Amazon for their A-to-Z Guarantee. After filing this complaint with Amazon, they came back again and stated the very same reasons - what I should have done but didn't. And declined my claim.
So while this is not my last $20, this is highly annoying and a few things are clear:
1. READ YOUR PRODUCT COVERAGE AS YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS UNLESS STATED CLEARLY. Most products carry a warranty. Not this one, and evidently Amazon does not care if products SHOULD work past 90 days. Again, none of this was stated within the product description - that it is 90 days, or literally, bust.
2. To Amazon: If A-to-Z is no different than what the vendor claims, why have A-to-Z at all? Why do you claim you offer a level of reasonable protection from outright fraudster selling crappy products with no warranty?
3. To SF Planet, I will NEVER buy from you again, and hope no one be taken like I was either. You are an irresponsible seller hawking lousy products.

Looks good on my desk, and performs without issue using Nokia PC Suite to synch the phone to my PC twice a day. I don't need/use a spare battery, so the insert space is a bit of a dust-collector, but the size makes it nice and stable sitting on my desk.
