I filmed this video just when I got the item (before I used it). I suspected that the battery was not new because of these visual conditions: it has brown marks (made when the batt is touching the back cover), the metal contacts are scratched, the batt is like inflated probably it was overcharged - see the ATTACHED VIDEO) . After I used the battery in my cell phone for few days I confirmed the batt was not new because the charge last like a day with out using the cell phone and less than a day when barely using the cell phone in few calls. So, it was a BAD purchase decision because the advertisament said "NEW OEM BATT.." and it wasn't new.

This battery was shipped quickly and works perfectly. My wife's T-Mobile Dash battery had lost its ability to hold a charge. This one charged right up, and now her phone is usable for several days without charging.
