Ordered a battery for my RAZOR-v9 phone, on 12/20/2010, and it arrived before Christmas. That was the good part. The battery was faulty and I called OEM Plannet, and spoke to one of the owners. Said the store was closed due to the Blizzard. That is a fact. He stated he was calling from home and would send a replacement as soon as the weather cleared. I also got an e mail that day as well asking if I wanted a replacement!
To date, some 30+ days later and numerous e-mails and phone calls later ( voice mail is always full so you cannot leave a message) I syill have not received a $4.38 baattery!!!!. They have sent e mails assuring me all shipments have been completed. NOT MINE!
I thought I had found a very competent and reliable Company in OEM Planet, but first impressions are proving otherwise.

Purchased cell phone battery supposedly (NEW)?, it would not hold a charge. Tried to contact seller multiple times, left messages no response. Guess I'm stuck with junk.

I received a new Motorola OEM battery for my Razr Z9. Exactly as advertised. Shipped the day after I ordered it. Arrived quickly. Original battery in my phone was taking a long time to recharge, this new one charges quickly. I'm very pleased and recommend the seller.

This battery does not fit the Sprint Razr2 v9m without a different battery door.
I'm sure the battery work great,just wouldn't fit my phone. It was too thick.

Came just as avertised, brand new. Couldn't find this battery anywhere in town. Some web-sites wanted close to $40.00. Will do business with this company again.
