Be very careful when using this I programed this into my RAZR and low and behold, there is an $11.27 cent a month service charge on my cell phone bill, and it doesn't do what it claims. I wanted it to download from my computer to my phone and to program info off the phone into the computer. DON"T WORK. what a waste of money, and an argument with my service provider.

"Love shopping online, finding bargain prices and new things"
I downloaded the software into my computer and it seemed to work fine. However when I connect my phone through the included cable, it will not recognize the phone. It keeps saying to plug the phone in. It is made for my model phone (the Razr) but I cannot make it work. It could be something I'm doing wrong, or my computer. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!

This item was just what I was looking for - I wanted to transfer photos taken on my Motorola K1 to my laptop. The setup was easy using the included CD, just followed the instructions. I was able to transfer the photos I wanted easily because the program is self-explanatory. This is a great product, and though I have not tried all the features that come with it such as downloading new ringtones to the phone, I am satisfied with it.

I got this software to extract pictures from my cellphone of my recently deceased dog. The software seemed to back up the contact info from my Razr but it did not allow for media transfer between phone and pc.

Shipping was slow. I had to load then unload software once or twice. Sometimes it doesn't recognize phone. I can't get to the data base in the PC unless the phone is plugged in, maybe I'll sort that out later. But basically I just needed it to work once and eventually it did. My phone was damaged and I could not get the contact list moved to another phone via normal cell provider methods. This software did the trick.
