The package took much longer to be delivered than it should have. Rather than shipping it to me fast using the $4.99 I paid for shipping, it was shipped first class for $0.69.
Also, the battery was not new, as advertised. The label is noticeably worn and scratched and then leads on the battery show more wear and tear than my current year and a half battery that I am replacing. The battery life is about 1/3rd of my current old battery which was already on its last leg.

I am a light-use cell phone user (maybe 1 call every 2 days). Purchased this Palm Centro battery in September '09 & by end of January '10 it was dead & no longer would retain a charge. It was supposed to be a new battery, but now I have my doubts. I don't recommend purchase from this source.

Price was the reason for buying from this vendor. However, 2 out of the 2, supposedly, NEW batteries were DEAD, would not charge. They did offer to exchange if I would ship back, but I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new battery from a vendor that I knew was not selling seconds or factory refurbished items, which I think was what I bought at this seller. I gave 1 STAR because they do ship in timely manner.
