The Pantech Duo C810 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone is easy to use and works well under our remaining AT&T contract on remote Alaska island. For those wanting two keyboards and no touch screen this phone is perfect. Battery life is excellent.

The low rating this phone is getting because people are reviewing on the service of the seller and not the phone is abhorring, I had this phone on ATT when it first came out, while I no longer have it, as I sold it to buy a touch screen phone, it was and still is one of my favorite phones I have ever owned. While I otherwise babied this phone, I did drop it into a glass of white tea, after drying out over night, it still worked like the day I bought it.
In today's standards it's a little behind, especially if you're looking for a big touchscreen. I had purchased it in burgundy because in person the black one looked cheap and inferior. This phone was solid and had a nice weight to it, it never lagged switching from landscape to portrait, the keyboards were more then a pleasure to use, had a few full version games pre installed on it, had an indicator light (something thats hard to find on phones unless you want to drop 300 dollars or sign your first born away in a 2 year contract)

I am pretty disappointed about my purchases with Amazon, in the last case about the Pantech Duo C810 UNLOCKED GSM, (as said in the offer) the device came LOCKED and is time that I can't unlock and I can't use this phone, this will be the last purchase with this site.
