Good ProductJun 11, 2008
By Matt Erney Great product for the price. The sound quality is great. I also like the less intrusive in ear design, almost a hybrid between the in ear and over ear design.

This Is My Second Plantronics HeadsetApr 14, 2009

After extensive research, most of it here on Amazon.com, I settled on purchasing the Plantronics Voyager 520 last year. I found it to be superior to other headsets I have owned. The volume was louder and noise cancelling added a nice benefit. It was also very comfortable to wear. After that headset was lost when someone broke into my car and stole my carry bag, I went ahead and bought another Plantronics Voyager as a replacement. I was alarmed when I received a 521 instead, but relieved to find it is as good in every way as the 520. For the price, there aren't many better and quite a few not as good.

Voyager 521Aug 16, 2008

For me the Voyager 521 is simply great. I especially like how it fits in my ear and I can move my head quickly from side to side and not loose the ear piece. My wife has a slimmer Motorola ear piece but when I put it on it would fly off my ear if I turned my head quickly. The Voyager 521 may not be as slim as some other units but I can count on it staying with me even riding my bike on bumpy roads. My wife liked mine soo much that she got one also.

Voyager 521, Not good with backround noiseJul 03, 2008
By GGC I drive a semi-truck & the noise canceling is worthless. Its fine in the car or anywhere there's not a lot of backround noise.

terrible.Jun 25, 2009
By I. Stray I was told by the salesman that this bluetooth device was not only comfortable but also reliable and cut out background noise interference. While the set is comfortable against the ear, if there is any background noise at all it overpowers the conversation. Also, the device constantly loses contact with my phone. Do not purchase.
