Very frustrating, but (usually) worksMar 03, 2009
By Yakfish Got this last night and tried it today.
1. The skimpy "manual" for this thing is a single sheet of paper. It has pictures and instructions related to a DIFFERENT headset, not this one. The model name "PB100" is pasted by sticker on the instructions, on top of whatever the original model name was.
2. Tried to pair this to my phone by pressing and holding the main button, the one that's used to power it on. The "manual" says holding this button for four seconds should do it. But the indicator light never flashes red/blue, as the "manual" says it will. You have no idea if you're in pairing mode. After some experimentation I realized that it had gone into pairing mode, although it looked like it was just in regular "on" mode. In an office environment, where you might get three or four devices willing to pair when you ask your phone to search, you have to guess which one is your headset, because the "manual" doesn't tell you what name it's known by. (Hint: BTK-A25)
3. After it's paired, using the main button to turn on or off, or initiate voice dialing, is kind of sketchy. Not a very good feel to the button.
4. Sometimes when someone calls my phone there's no ring on my end, either on the headset or the phone.
5. There's no web site, no phone number, not even an address. No support whatsoever.
6. All that being said, the headset often works, and it's very small, reasonably comforatble, and very secure when using the ear hook.

This is the worst Bluetooth I ever bought!Feb 06, 2010

Tha desing is ok, but the funtionallity of this Bluetooth is terrible. If you try to find who is the manufacturer of this divice maybe you have to go to China to find it in the most hidden place!
If you try to make a call, the only way to have no distortion is to have your cellphone at 2 feets away from this bluetooth, and it has to be at the same side.

Very poor quality, not for average customers!Jan 17, 2010

You can not expect this product will work as a Jabra headset, but it is fine for occasional or emergency use.
If you expect to have a normal talk, it will be frustrating, because you cannot be more than 5 feet away from your cellphone, or you have to put the headset at the same side of your cell phone, if not, the noise is almost irritating.

Cheap price for cheap technologyDec 28, 2009

This product may work in the same 1 sq meter, but not further than that. The sound and signal reception is really poor. If you have to expend $8.00 in something that must work, you have to review other products and higger prices before you buy it.
