The charger worked fine for a couple weeks, but then the plastic casing broke which left exposed wires. It works now some of the time, but only if the wires are all touching each other. However, I don't like using it at night due to the fact that there could be an electrical spark if left unattended. It WAS cheap (pricewise), though so I guess you get what you pay for.

This charger works absolutely wonderful. My daughter broke her charger for her phone so I got her this one and we haven't had any problems. I didn't want to pay a lot of money for a second charger so I wasn't sure what I would be getting for the amount of money I was spending but I was surprised! There is nothing wrong with this charger and you sure can't beat the price!

I saved a lot of money on this charger but I got what I paid for. The charger lasted approximately 2 months before it succumbed to the same fate as the factory original. The "mini usb" type of connection that attaches to the phone itself bent and prevents it from connecting and charging. I have been very careful to make sure that I pull it straight out and do not bend it while in use but to no avail.
I believe this is an inherent design flaw in the phone itself, but a charger with a reinforced usb connector would easily fix this problem.
The price is great but I cannot recommend this product. I ignored the prior reviews and believed that it would last longer if I was very careful. Despite my precautions the charger broke.
