I was extremely pleased when I received this very elegant Evo phone case! The colors are gorgeous! The back is slightly rubberized which helps to prevent it from slipping and sliding, and it fits my Evo phone very well. In business meetings, people have even picked up my phone just to examine this cover, it's THAT nice! I've read the other reviews about this case being fragile - I've had it for several weeks and have not dropped it so I cannot attest to the durability. However, if I DO drop it and it cracks the case but protects my phone from damage, I would not hesitate to order another one - it is a very attractive case!!

Bought this for my girlfriend a few weeks ago... looks VERY nice! But, she dropped it once... on the carpet, no doubt,... and the bottom left corner no longer snaps together. Considering the case was purchased for just such a catastrophe... it should be a lot less fragile.
So, if you want it to make your EVO look pretty and save it from maybe one drop... you're good. Otherwise, look for something more durable.
(Update) Purchased another one because the GF liked the style so much and I also purchased a similar case with different design for myself. Both are now broken as well. Do not purchase... last's maybe a month from normal use, (ie pocketbook, pocket, etc)

Loved the rubberized feel of the case & it wasn't bulky at all but one corner clasp broke the 1st time I dropped it. I'm super disappointed in the durability. They should make it tougher.

I have had my EVO for almost a year and a half now and this is my 4th cover for it! I started out with a silicone one that my phone dealer sold me. It worked, not what I needed though. I have 2 small kids that would peel it off constantly, and because it was silicone it collected fuzz from my pocket or purse and if it were in my pocket it seemed hard to get out. I moved on to a spatter designed hard case- which seemed flimsy off the bat. And after only 3 months and 1 german shepherd caused crash the sucker broke in 4 different spots! I figured it couldn't be all the cases fault since it was a 70lb dog and a paved driveway it had to contend with so I tried to order another one, but it was out so I ordered a different graphic but same design. Had it for about 6 months and it survived probably 2 or 3 good tosses by my 18 month old before the corner cracked. It would still stay on, but I didn't want to let it go until I was in a bind for a case. i looked around and decided to try this one out. It is a hard snap on case, but the description said rubberized. I had no idea what that really meant but was hoping it would help somehow. When I received it I was shocked. It's not as flimsy overall as the past 2 and it was "rubber" it has a slight silicone feeling to it almost. I put it on and tested the pocket and purse issue and no real fuzz balls to speak of. After only a week my 18 month old managed to climb the counter and reach my phone, said phone landed about 5 ft. away. I was scared to look at it but the phone and the case were all in one piece!! Not even a scratch or chip in it!! If it continues to perform so well I may have to stock up so I never run out! The picture also doesn't do justice to the graphic. it actually looks like a 2 layer design and is beautiful!

The case was really pretty but as soon as the phone dropped, the case cracked and became trash. So I guess the quality was poor.
