Small and comfortable, this set stays in my ear. When not in use it's easily tucked into a shirt pocket. The charging cradle makes charging in a vehicle impossible unless you acquire a second unit in order to have the second cradle available. Then you also need an auto adapter, which is an extra purchase.
I keep one charging and just swap the one I've been using for the one that is charging, thus avoiding having the unit fizzle out on me during the day.
The volume and all-purpose buttons take some getting used to, but when you become used to them, you can use voice-dial (if your phone supports this), redial, answer and hangup with relative ease. The single caveat here is the fact that it is quite easy when readjusting the set in your ear to accidentally hit the redial (multi-function) button. It's that round, circular area visible in the photo above the word "Samsung." I've also had this happen when the unit was in my pocket. Recently this caused me to accidentally dial my home phone, and when I picked up there was an odd David Lynch moment when my voice, feeding back into both the headset and the home phone receiver, echoed strangely.
Volume buttons are located on the left and right sides. If the flashing blue LED annoys you, you can temporarily disable it by squeezing both the volume buttons simultaneously and holding for a few seconds.
Overall this is nicely designed and the limitations with the multi-function button are easily overcome if you are willing to take a little extra care not to accidentally push the all-in-one button. I enjoy using the headset and find it much more desirable than anything with an ear loop. It is so comfortable that you have to be careful not to wear it into the shower.
Four stars instead of five only out of consideration of the multi-function button issue, which is not very serious as far as I am concerned, but I feel that some users might find this minor glitch a deal buster. Thus I am deducting one star on behalf of those princes and princesses for whom this pea would prove too great an irritant to be tolerated. I feel your pain, your highnesses.
I would recommend this product to a friend, and have done so.

Fast delivery, good communication on a question about the product. The one thing I missed when reading the description of the product is that with bulk packaging, it comes with only one ear gel. Please be aware of that when purchasing this product. The product itself is excellent. Good price, good vendor.

The first day I got this I enjoyed the comfort in either ear and the quality of sound going out and coming in. My area is sparse on signal strength for my phone, so I constantly have signal drops. The idea of the bluetooth was that I can leave the phone on the charger in a good signal location and then use the bluetooth as I move around.
The second day I got very good at answering the phone using the bluetooth button and redialing.
The third day I forgot that I had it in my ear and left home with it... never to be seen again. But at this price I guess I will just order another and put a length of string on it so that it doesn't fall to the ground if I forget I have it in.

I have purchased and tried at least 4-5 different bluetooth headsets. In an effort to not make a faulty purchase again, I asked several coworkers who rely heavily on their bluetooth headsets what was working best for them. The Samsung 410 came back with the best feedback - small, doesn't fall out, great clarity and no one can ever tell he's using a bluetooth. Best of all, he has small ears which was perfect since I also have extremely small ears. I will say that I was a little skeptical seeing as it just sits in your ear with no support. But after the first use, I was sold. I've been using it for about a month now and I absolutely love it! You can almost forget it's there because it is so small and light. I have never had issues with it falling out and most importantly, the sound quality is superb! I highly recommend this product!

This bluetooth is the best bluetooth out there. I paid $25 for it four years ago on ebay. I have been using it about everyday since then. It has great battery life, very very clear. Never has had a single hiccup. I love the size, its really small. I usually forget its even there. The best part about this headset is that 10 out of 10 people never even know I'm on it when I talk to them!
