I purchased this with some doubts, due to previous poor results with other BT devices. I am happy to report I couldn't be happier with this little guy. Pairing with my Droid X was quick and easy, and the button design makes using the controls very easy. I didn't think I'd like the in-ear design, but the assorted earpiece sizes made fitting a breeze and I believe it improves voice quality. Callers have reported that they cannot tell when I'm on BT and when I'm not. Voice clarity is very clear for both incoming and outgoing sides of the conversation, even outdoors. In addition, it's so comfortable that I often forget it's in my ear. I know there are more expensive BT devices out there, but I'll be keeping this one for awhile.

I didn't want to spend a lot on a headset and figured I'd do some shopping on here for a deal. I decided on the Samsung HM1100. It was at a good price and the features seemed to be more than enough for me. It looks good, was easy to setup and is comfortable to wear.
The only issue I have is that it does NOT get loud enough. I bought this to use in my car and while my car isn't perfectly silent, it's not overly noisy either. I'm not driving a jeep or anything. I find myself straining to hear the person I'm talking to or having them repeat what they said more frequently. It's a good device for home or office, but outside or in a car, not so much.
I'm looking for a new headset now. I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for the Samsung. I had an old Plantronics headset which by now isn't as good, technology wise, as the Samsung, but it was always more than loud enough. I'd have to turn the volume down at times where with the Samsung it's always on full blast and it's not enough. Unfortunately, my previous headset wouldn't work with my new phone.

Samsung usually provides quality products and, generally speaking, affordable as well. In this case I received both. This headset is a basic design but for me functions perfectly, just what I needed. You know it's a good design when you forget you have it in your ear, it IS that comfortable.

I ordered the BT head set, before I even remember to follow up with the shipping, it's in my mailbox already.
I have no complaint and was even suprised how could it get to me so fast as I sure did not ask for overnight delivery.
The unit was nothing fancy, right price for the product an was very easy to match with my iPhone 3GS.
It just work out great and I have nothing more to ask for.

I purchased this item from Staples about a week ago, maybe two weeks ago. I only paid $10 for it, because it was on sale that week. I am amazingly pleased with the quality of this product. It is crystal clear and easy to set up. I am going to purchase another for my bestfriend for a graduation gift. She drives down the road holding her phone. There is no reason for anyone to drive without a bluetooth earpiece anymore. They are easy to get, inexpensive and high quality. Buy this one though, cause it works well. It's a GREAT BUY!
