Activation was hassle, to date still have msg on phone"dial *288 to activate"..even tho' able to call out/receive calls. Unable to get help from cust. serv. no live person to speak with. Impossible to contact anyone affiliated with Cricket Samsung Chrono cell phone service

This phone was everything I needed. Great phone. However, Cricket was terrible. I could never get voice mail to work after trying one hundred times. I turned the phone off and put it in the closet. Waste of time and money.
