Some small complaints but does what it's supposed toNov 18, 2010

The EVO is so heavy and slippery that it is an accident waiting to happen. You really need some kind of cover in case you accidentally drop it. I bought this cover. It's easy to get on and off. Kind of flimsy on the sides. I like that it keeps the protruding camera lens from slamming into surfaces when you put the phone down. Without the cover you risk damaging the camera lens or scratching it. The cover has cutouts for most things, but none for the unlock button or volume buttons. I would have liked if it did, but maybe the way it is now is better since the buttons might be hard to get at thru the cutouts. Getting the phone in and out of my back pocket is not that difficult, I guess it depends on how small/tight your pockets are. The cover does collect lint though. For the price it's a very good deal and does what it's supposed to. Give it a try.

I bought the Evo phone and bought this cover to fit it. I love how it takes some force to slide it across anything. I can put it on the arm rest in the car and slam on the brakes and it barely moves. It's like it is siting on one of those sticky pads. The only downfall of it is when you pull it out of your pocket it is covered in tiny pieces of lint attached to it. But thats something I can deal with.

This is a simple soft rubber case for the HTC Evo. Stays on well. Covers where it needs to. Does not block camera on front. Nothing flashy or interesting in it's design, but it works well for what it's intended to.

I ordered mine for HTC EVO. The quality was better than I expected. Most of the silicone covers have a wide opening in the back for flash, camera & speaker. But the one I got, has 3 small individual opening for each of the 3 above, adds more protection. It does not smell like some other silicon skins that I have seen. Just be careful which amazon seller you buy it from.

The reason why I gave this product two stars is because one you really can't beat the price and two it obviously protects the backside of the phone from scratching if you put it on a table or something but it won't protect it from damage if it falls obviously it's soft weak rubber. I knew it was going to feel cheap but this is real bad. Because since it's silicone it collects a lot of dust which is pretty annoying having to dust it off all the time and for my great luck the case that I got it arrived with three holes in the back. I didn't even bother to return this. I guess I really got what I paid for lol
