Excellent value at Amazon.comOct 13, 2009

This item was easy to order, was a great value, and arrived as promised. Using Amazon.com to find this great deal was easy, and something I will certainly do again. I have the HTC Touch Pro from Sprint and would recommend the rubberized snap on case for anyone with the same. This case was very easy to install, fits very securely and snug on the phone itself, and does not interfere with any operation of the phone. It provides a layer of protection on the phone that gives me a little more peace of mind. Think of it like this, it's a little insurance for less than 8 bucks. By the way, I ordered the black, and it looks pretty nice, I also know someone with the pink one, and she also likes it a lot!

Pleased with product and serviceJul 07, 2009

Although the first case I received broke within the first week, I was promptly sent a replacement. Considering the low price, and minimal time spent, I feel as though I got what I paid for in a timely manner.

Great price and fits perfectlyJun 08, 2009
By Michelle S. Heffner This is a great case. Fits very well. Almost too well. It comes in two pieces that snap onto the front and the back. If you change your battery frequently (I change it often), pulling the back cover off puts a lot of strain on the phone because it is snapped onto it. So, I have started to just leave the back piece off. Overall, very good quality for the price.

The seller, Bargaincell, really did right by me.
It did indeed not fit my Verizon (CDMA) Touch Pro, but when I told them about the problem they sent another one right out to me, no questions asked.
What I really wanted was some "phone armor" and it never hit me how difficult that'd be with this phone. There are ports all over the phone. And it has to slide in 2 different directions (opening the keyboard and accessing the battery/micro SD card compatment).
(btw, having the battery compartment just slide open is the stupidest design ever. What if the phone rotates upside down in the clip? There's every chance it'll eventually just slide the battery comparment open and drop the whole phone (minus the empty back cover)!)
I say the case is OK.
It went on very easily for me, but it's hard to take off.
And I've had problems.
The front portion of the case actually activates the touch screen at times. When it's somehow pressing down on the touch screen, the phone won't respond to touches on other places on the screen. But pry the front part of the case up a bit and it's fine.
Also, opening the keyboard was initially a problem.
The case wanted to catch the phone and prevent it from opening.
That problem is going away with a little use and is no big deal IMHO.
Likewise, sliding the back open was initially a problem, but as I go it more it's becoming easier. The plastic's just wearing into the right place.
Note the front and back halves are independent and you can use just one or the other if you like.
Also note the little "button" on the back used for snapping into the clip doesn't have to be installed. There's a little screw that goes in and you can put it on or leave it off.
Like I said earlier, I don't think carrying this phone around by the back cover's a good idea. There's nothing but friction holding it on. What I wanted is just a some kind of protection for when I eventually drop this expensive, fragile-seeming, smudge-collecting fingerprint magnet.
Also note the front cover gives a little protective lip to the screen.
Also note the front cover may interefere with the infrared transciever.
The ROM I'm running on my phone right now doesn't let me use this function (I get an "Error in function 'socket': Function not supported!" message) so I can't tell for sure, but the cover seems to cover the transciever almost completely. Some work with an exacto knife might fix this problem, if it even exists)
