This product came into my home broken. When I open the package, the side of the mini usb was broken. Basically there are clips holding the mini usb and one side was broke off. I been delaying this review because I was angry even though it was a penny you hope at least the thing came intact but I guess I was hoping too much.

It works to play music with my G1 through the headphones. It is of very bad build quality and the section that plugs into the phone breaks often. It is very easy to fix and put it back together. A bit of tape alleviates the issue though.

Use this with your MP3 earbud/headset. My Sony MP3 earbuds sound better than any phone earbuds I own. This connector allows me to to use them with my 8925 tilt.

The USB connector literally fell apart within a couple weeks of use. I glued it together, and that way it lasted another couple of months - after which it stopped working altogether. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is the price.
