I had previously bought an off brand charger.. major major mistake. It was ok in the beginning but after a while it couldn't deliver enough current to charge my Evo. As a result during a long road trip when my battery died, I was left without cell phone service even though my phone was connected to the charger and the charger plugged to the cigarette lighter outlet. Not a good situation to be in. This is OEM - slightly more expensive than off brand, but delivers a solid 900ma and charges the battery as fast as a wall outlet charger.

This is the exact charger sold in Sprint stores, for a third the cost. It was delivered in original packaging. Very nice charger.

I purchased this car charger for my HTC Evo phone and works great for a quarter of the cost on Amazon. Same adapter at Sprint store cost four times more. Big savings )

I am very pleased with this charger. It came very quickly and is exactly what I needed. Also, it was much cheaper through Amazon than at the Sprint store - what a rip off Sprint!

This car charger is exactly like my old one I purchased at the Sprint store. Except for two things: this one didn't cost near as much, and this one has a usb port as well! I'm so glad I found this one instead of going to the Sprint store, or getting an off-brand (which I've always been leery of when it comes to phone chargers).
