Amazing, EasyNov 07, 2011

"Esquire and Ted Theodore Logan and we are...Wyld Stallions!"
Last week I dropped my phone and the LCD was fine but the digitizer glass was totally spiderweb-cracked. After receiving this product (in 2 days), I spent an hour installing using the guide from [...]. For tools, I used a T5 Torx screwdriver I bought from Home Depot/OSH for $3 and a Drivers License instead of an "safe pry tool" to pry open the frame (you also need a micro Phillips head for 1 screw). Anyhow, the new digitizer works PERFECTLY, no screen issues and the touch is perfect. Anyone who gives a low review must have received a lemon product, isn't very good with tools, or cannot follow directions.
I promise this is great product and is relatively easy to install if you can follow direction. I saved $80+ versus doing an insurance claim. Love this!!!

HTC EVO 4G GlassDec 12, 2011
By Jose Hernandez Dropped phone and HTC EVO 4G Glass shattered. Store would not repair so I undertook project with youtube help. I ordered glass for under $20 and now phone looks and works like new. Excellent product.

Vendor was ok, product quality is sketchy.Dec 01, 2011
By Brian Rogers The vendor has been fine to work with, I ordered the part and received it in two days. The issue I have is that the part itself had dead spots making my Evo unusable given that one of the dead spots was over a key I need to enter my phone unlock password. I am now waiting for a replacement for the replacement. Other reviews seem to support the hit or miss quality of the product itself. For some people, it works fine, for many like me, it doesn't. I will update this review after I receive my exchanged part. Hopefully the second time will be the charm.

Just a hair too longNov 02, 2011
By Danknee Digitizer was a touch too long from top too bottom to fully seat it. A minor buff with a dremel and my shattered screen was perfect again. Looks identical to the original and all touches register the same as they did from the factory.

Works only for a short timeDec 23, 2011
By Kevin Like many of the other reviews it goes without saying that because of dropping the phone the screen broke. When the screen arrived it had the original plastic that comes from the manufacturer with the sprint logo and name covered by a magic marker(this is not a problem because the logo is embedded in the glass) following directions that were found on the Internet. I managed to instal the screen in about twenty minutes. Here is where the problems begin first you have to get the double sided tape to go with this. Second and most important is the screen after about two weeks of using it started to make random decisions about where I was pressing on it. I got fed up with it and took it to the sprint store where they said that I had a defective screen. So to all of you who have had a good experience with this item sweet but from now on I'm going to just bite the bullet and file a claim it's not worth the frustration.
