The wrong Item was sent to me. I sent it back! The feedback I read earlier said the writer had the same problem, and to make matters worse I could not contact anyone by phone. I was kept on hold for 25 minutes until I finally hung up. lousy service! you guys should seriously consider dumping this supplier. Jerry Cabot

Can't talk to anyone........Oct 21, 2009
By Lucien J. Chouinard I received the product, but it was not what I ordered. I received a Nokia Battery Recharger rather than the USB Data Sync Cable I ordered. I returned the recharger on 28 September and have yet to receive the USB cable. Now, I can't seem to talk to anyone about the situation as I'm dealing with an automated telephone system that has me on hold waiting for assistance 20 minutes at a time. That's expensive telephone time folks. Probably won't deal with Amazon ever again.
