 Fast Service and Reasonable Postage by SF PlanetJul 17, 2008

No problem with the vendor (SF Planet) and the product arrived undamaged. However, our friends at Verizon Wireless had programmed the phone from performing the very tasks that I wanted. The phone is a Motorola V265 and I wanted to retrieve photos I have taken without having to send them through Verizon (at extra expense, of course). So the product was reasonably priced, reasonable postage and arrived quickly but is completely useless to me.

I had ordered a motorola data cable, got a very well finished and working product. Even the driver CD is ok.

This product is used to back up your contact info and your calendar onto your PC. Not your photos.
However, the product works as it should, was received on time, and intact so 5*'s.
