The wall charger and the computer charger work fine but for some reason the car charger overheats after just a few minutes. Really annoying and I was afraid it would ruin my phone or car so I don't use it often. The Antenna thing is pretty decent, def noticed a change in reception when I put it on the phone. Also a bonus is you cover the water detection dot so if you drop your phone in water, as long as its dry when you take it in (providing you have insurance on it) it should still be covered since the dot won't activate.

i was supposed 2 use right away but i hane not switched phones yet so, i dont know anything as 2 the quality.but as far as service and promptness everything was on time.
