I bought this bumper for my white iPhone4S. It's high quality and the color really matches well with my white iPhone4S. The volume buttons and the shut off button are metal as described. The only thing seems a little off is the window for the silent button. The silent button is still reachable from the window, but slightly off from the middle. I tried the bumper on my husband's iPhone4, and it fits perfectly, and the silent button is right in the middle of the window. SO I guess even Apple claims iPhone4 and iPhone4S are identical, there is a teeny tiny difference in the vertical position of the silent button.
Overall, the bumper is a great fit for iPhone4, and a good fit for iPhone4S if you ignore the slightly off silent button. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I like it, so I went ahead and ordered a black/green one for my husband:

---- After reading the comments I realize there is difference between iPhones from different carriers. Both my iPhone 4s and my husband's iPhone 4 are from AT&T. I tested this bumper on my co-worker's iPhone 4 Verizon, and it's just like on my AT&T iPhone 4S: everything else fits except the silencer, off the middle.
So my conlusion is: this bumper fits perfectly only on AT&T iPhone 4, not on AT&T iPhone 4s nor on Verizon iPhone 4/4S.

I ordered on 12/17/12. Today is 1/18/12. Still waiting for item. I sent to emails for an updated status.... No reply on that yet either. I'll never order from this company again Terrible customer service. I guess their policy is ignore the customer and maybe they will go away.

I still have not received this product and it is now 30 days since order. I halfway expected a few weeks based on previous review, but over a month is getting a bit ridiculous. Especially since I received a ship notice three days after ordering. Hope it actually arrives.
